The model form on this website is used to find and collect various models from over the world who may be contacted for photo sessions, art projects and/or events if they meet the demand of the artist or client. The artist is hosting a password-protected section on this website to display selected models for marketing and communication between models, photographers, agents and clients in general. Only displayed models receive the link and password by email to review their details. Models are free to contact the artist to edit/delete their details and images at any time. Only the model’s first name or nickname without any contact details e.g. email address or telephone numbers are displayed on this page.

It is the responsibility of the model to abide by this agreement and site guidelines.

In consideration of my engagement as a model, upon the terms herewith stated, I declare that I am in a state of general good health and have no skin allergies or any condition that would be complicated through my participation in the body light painting experience. I accept any and all responsibility for any medical condition or injury resulting from my participation. I hereby give to Body Light Painting, legal representatives and assigns those for whom Body Light Painting is acting, and those acting with his authority and permission:

a) the unrestricted and irrevocable right and permission, throughout the world, to copyright and use, re-use, publish, and republish photographic or video images or pictures of me or in which I may be included intact or in part, composite or distorted in character or form, without restriction as to changes or transformations in conjunction with my own or a fictitious name, or reproduction hereof in color or otherwise, made through any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade, or any other purpose whatsoever.
b) I also permit the use of any material in any and all media in connection therewith, now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown.
c) I hereby relinquish any right that I may have to examine or approve the completed product or products or the advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in conjunction therewith or the use to which it may be applied.
d) I hereby release, discharge and agree to save harmless Body LIght Painting, legal representatives or assigns, and all persons functioning under his permission or authority, or those for whom she is functioning, including but not limited to any firm publishing, distributing or otherwise using the finished product in whole or in part whether in any and all media from any liability including but not limited to any blurring, retouching, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in the composite form whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said image or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
e) I hereby affirm that I am over the age of 18 and have the right and competence to contract in my own name. I have read the above authorization, release and agreement, prior to its execution; I fully understand the contents thereof. This agreement shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives and assigns.

I understand and agree to abide by the laws of South Africa or the work-related country. This includes, but is not limited to laws governing Intellectual Property, Commercial Transactions, Contract and general negligence.
